The retail store is only open by appointment only.

Due to me taking a new job where I will be traveling, the retail store in New Holstein is only open by appointment. Please call and leave a message. I thought I would be able to put call forwarding on but cannot with the new job. I will check messages as often as i can and get back to you as soon as I can. 

You can always order via the web page www.cowtownstamps.com, even while in your jammies at 2 am! I'm just an email away and will answer any questions via email or if you call the store and leave a message.
